The Attales Sledgehammer is awarded by our students and staff to those people in our lives who serve as an inspiration in some way.

Sixth-grade student Dior presented the Attales Middle School Sledgehammer to Attales Guidance Counselor Mrs. Carver during the Family Meeting on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022.

Dior said that Mrs. Carver helps her and always makes her day.

"This person, I feel I have a strong bond with. I love this person because she never rushes me and she is always patient with me and others," Dior said. "She makes a lot of differences."
