The Attales Sledgehammer is awarded by our students and staff to those people in our lives who serve as an inspiration in some way.
The Attales Middle School’s first two-time Sledgehammer recipient, STEAM teacher Mrs. Christina King, fittingly presented the award to two of her students on Wednesday, Nov. 9 - sixth graders Jedidiah and Dior.
King surprised Dior with the Sledgehammer, praising her for her constant positive attitude.
Of “Jedi,” King said that she wanted to show her recognition of all his hard work.
Congratulations, Jedi and Dior!
